My notes from the copic panel I attended at AX.
If you can read it you can use it, though its the most basic of basic things.
It helped me though, although Im still starting out.
BTW Hetalia crack drawings ftw.

Im sure they do. During the panel they made a lot of references to Prismacolors and another type of marker (i think nikopiko)
